Arsenal Kean on Juve deal
Arsenal have made contact with Mino Raiola after joining Everton in the race to sign Juventus striker Moise Kean.
Juventus are reportedly keen to sell him once they’ve tied him down to a long-term deal.
According to the Daily Mail, Arsenal have approached Kean’s agent Raiola about a potential deal.
The striker has also been linked with a move to Everton.
Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici has made it clear he’s willing to sell Kean but only if a buyback clause is inserted into the deal.
Chelsea shun Palace
Chelsea have rejected a £20m bid from Crystal Palace for Reece James.
The Eagles are in the market for a new right-back after Aaron Wan-Bissaka’s £50m switch to Manchester United.
Palace have been linked with a number of potential suitors, including Carl Jenkinson, Nathaniel Clyne and Timothy Castagne.
James is the latest name on their shortlist after impressing on loan at Wigan last season.
But Palace have been dealt a blow in their pursuit of the 19-year-old as Starsport understands Chelsea have rejected a £20m bid for James.
Silva gives Zouma update
Everton boss Marco Silva says he won’t keep waiting so sign Kurt Zouma.
“You are right, you are right,” Silva replied when asked if there would be a cut off point for his interest in Zouma.
“Of course, one of the most important things for me, since we finished the season, is to keep our level.
“It is very, very good for us that we could do that with Andre [Gomes] and our most important players until now, because it was not just Andre and Kurt.
“The most important players in our squad are still here at our club, the 15 or 16 players who played the most are still here until this moment, other than Kurt. Let’s see what we can do in this situation.”
Man Utd reject straight cash Inter bid
Manchester United have turned down a £54m offer from Inter Milan for Romelu Lukaku.
The Serie A giants put forward a straight cash bid for the Belgian, rather than a two-year loan deal with an obligation to buy.
But United have snubbed the offer, according to Sky Sports, as they are holding out for at least £79m.
