Ex-Worlds Strongest Man Eddie Hall and wife working on Louis Theroux project

Former strongman Eddie Hall and his wife are currently working on a project with Louis Theroux. The 34-year-old is set to be at the forefront of a documentary which will provide an in-depth look at Eddie's life from his youth growing up in North Staffordshire to the sacrifices he has made to succeed in such a physically demanding sport.

The former World’s Strongest Man’s wife Alexandra Hall will also star in the programme headed by Theroux, who has made a slew of compelling shows. His work, which has earned him two BAFTAs, offers a fascinating insight into many aspects of life.

Hall took to social media and shared a snap with his wife and the award-winning filmmaker, delighted they will be working together. "Watched most of Louis’s documentaries and series over the years and I've always loved everything he’s put his name to. Now I’m one of his projects,” Hall wrote.

“Me and my beautiful wife came to watch his and Liv’s work today in London and they’ve done a brilliant job on me and the family." It is currently unknown what format the documentary will take and when we can expect to see it on screen.

Hall will make a return to the small screen after starring in his own shows like Eddie Eats America and Eddie Eats Christmas, as well as Celebs in Solitary and Couples Come Dine With Me. Hall made his name in the strongman world but he recently forayed into boxing, where he was defeated by Hafthor Bjornsson.

Last month the Geordie was inked with a tattoo of his opponent’s name to try and secure his rematch. The tattoo, which reads 'World's Strongest Man, Hafthor Julius Bjornsson',was a pre-fight dealwith his strongman rival for the loser of their heavyweight clash to have the other man's name permanently inscribed on their body.

It has now been claimed Hall could turn the tables on the Game of Thrones star if they were to step in the ring once again. European Junior Boxing Champion and YouTuber Riley believes Hall has what it takes to equal the scoring with his old rival if he is fully fit.

“He (Hall) was fighting me with one arm because of his bicep,” Riley said toJaackMaate's Happy Hour podcastwhen asked about the sparring session he had with Hall before the fight. "He was only using one arm throughout the fight, so I would like to see a re-match after he has given himself time to heal.”

When asked if Hall can overcome Bjornsson, Riley swiftly answered: “I don’t see why not, because the fight was close with one arm. Thor had two arms and it was close, while this guy only had one – if he has two he would probably have more of an advantage."
