Simon Jordan has hailed Floyd Mayweather for dishing out a dose of 'reality' to Youtube star Deji in a remarkably one-sided exhibition fight.
'Money' Mayweather stopped Deji in round six of a complete mismatch as the legendary 50-0 star gave the YouTube-turned-fighter a boxing lesson in Dubai. The main event between the pair with vastly contrasting skill levels and experience threatened to descend into a farce as Mayweather danced around the ring between rounds and mocked his YouTube opponent.
But Mayweather did eventually go through the gears at the Coca-Cola Arena, in a match-up that first appeared an innocuous sparing session. Referee Kenny Bayless was forced to step in and stop the fight as Mayweather unloaded on hapless Deji in the sixth round.

And TalkSPORT pundit Jordan, a huge boxing fan, insisted he wasn't against Mayweather's brutal finish as he continues to teach lessons to social media stars in exhibition bouts without jeopardy.
Jordan disagreed with presenter Adam Catterall's assertion that he does not feel comfortable with YouTuber's being dismantled by the undefeated great.
“I’m surprised that Adam is uncomfortable with these YouTubers, that are leveraging the sport, getting a touch of reality of what the sport really involves," Jordan said.
“Because they’re a lot younger than Floyd Mayweather. Floyd Mayweather of course is Floyd Mayweather.

“But I’m actually in the camp of some of these guys getting a bit of reality. They want to monetise themselves through the world of boxing.
“Jake Paul’s the same – I know he’s not fighting at the same level and calling out Tommy Fury isn’t the same as calling out Floyd Mayweather, but I’m not against it. I’m not against them getting – for want of a better expression – a lesson.”
Deji, meanwhile, was upbeat after sharing the ring with a boxing great, boasting about leaving his opponent with a rare black eye.
"I heard that only five people have cut Floyd," Deji said. "So now I can add myself to that list of people who have cut Floyd!”
