A fan stole the applause of the crowd by slamming not one but two pints of beet on the big screen at the US Open.
After realising the crowd at Flushing Meadows were watching her as she was cast upon the big screen during the third round clash between Felix Auger-Aliassime and Roberto Bautista Agut, the fan put her arms in the air to celebrate.
The woman decided to take the entertainment one step further and began to chug her beer to the amusement of the crowd.
She managed to finish her drink – although not without some spillages as the beer dribbled down her chin.
However, the cameramen at the Louis Armstrong Stadium court were not done with her yet and returned to the fan during the deciding fifth and final set.
The fan was well prepared and immediately chugged a second beer, sending the crowd into raptures.
“She’s going in again,” one tennis commentator said when she returned to the big screen, before praising her efforts after the fan sunk the second beer: “Well done.”
