Steelers wide receiver Juju Smith-Schuster was forced out of Thursday’s game vs. the Browns with a concussion after taking two helmet-to-helmet hits on one play in the second quarter.
Cleveland defensive backs Greedy Williams and Morgan Burnett dealt the blows on a pass play over the middle.
Smith-Schuster walked to the locker room, where was later diagnosed with the concussion.
Smith-Schuster was placed in concussion protocol on two occasions in 2017 when he was a rookie.
The 22-year-old receiver has made 17 touchdown catches in less than three NFL seasons and is considered a focal point of Pittsburgh’s offense.
