The Oakland Raiders traded wide receiver Amari Cooper to the Cowboys for a first-round pick. It was a trade that looks like an early home run for the Gruden-led Raiders.
Gruden just doesn’t seem to be in any rush to tell the team what they already know – Amari Cooper was traded.
According to Las Vegas Review-Journal Raiders beat writer Michael Gehlken, Cooper was escorted off the practice field Monday upon being traded with no explanation given to the team. Gehlken went on to report that Gruden didn’t tell the players that Cooper was traded, and that he doesn’t play to do so until Wednesday – like, two days from now!
