Texans QB Tyrod Taylor (hamstring) ruled out vs. Browns

Tyrod Taylor’s stellar day in Cleveland has ended early.

The Texans quarterback was off the field for Houston’s opening drive of the second half and the team declared Taylor out for the rest of the game with a hamstring injury.

Rookie QB Davis Mills takes over the Texans with the game tied 14-14.

Taylor was seen limping after a 15-yard touchdown run midway through the second quarter but finished the second half in a short drive that resulted in a punt.

The veteran QB’s day ends with 125 yards (10 of 11) and a TD through the air plus his score on the ground.
