Arsenal legend Emmanuel Petit has told Declan Rice 'there's no choice for you' as transfer talks hot up for the Englishman.

"If you want to improve, you're already a very good player, but if you want to improve and win silverware you have to come to Arsenal. I'm sorry West Ham fans, but I think there's no choice but to come here."
Chelsea – who released the Englishman as a youngster – are also interested in Rice's signature. However, Chelsea – another of Petit's former clubs in fact – have spent big this season, and it's unknown if they will have the budget to bring in the midfielder.
West Ham are reportedly demanding a fee north of £100million for Rice's services.
