Bayern Munich showed no mercy as they thrashed fifth-tier side Bremer SV 12-0 in the DFB Pokal on Wednesday evening.
The Bavarian side fielded a second-string team, but stars such as Thomas Muller, Leroy Sane, and Joshua Kimmich were given the nod.
Former Stoke City man Eric Choupo-Moting was on the scoresheet four times while 18-year old sensation Jamal Musiala bagged for Bayern either side of half-time.
Leroy Sane and Corentin Tolisso also found the net alongside Bouna Sarr and Michael Cuisance, who Bayern are looking to offload this summer.
The victory is Bayern's biggest win since their 1997 triumph against DJK Waldberg, who they beat 16-1.
Ahead of the clash Bayern boss Julian Nagelsmann said: "The underdog will go to the limit, also physically.
We have to adjust to that and win the game in the end, that's what we intend to do."
While Ralf Voigt, Bremer SV's Sports Director, said: “The result is of secondary importance. The important thing is how we perform.
"We want to show that there is also a second team on the pitch. We don't want to be fooled."

Bremer SV's goalkeeper, Malte Seemann, told German outlet BILD ahead of the clash: “You can always dream. But dreams also have limits.
"Losing single digits would be nice. It would just be a great thing if we have fun and it doesn't hurt too much."
Seemann, like the rest of his team, is an amateur footballer and he works as a real estate agent.
"I will work until 1.30 p.m. and then I'll be taken to the day hotel," he continued, a far cry from Bayern's preparations for the fixture.
