Borussia Dortmund midfielder has been fined €40,000 (£34,000) for his comments about referee Felix Zwayer.
The England international questioned the integrity of the official after Saturday's clash with Bayern Munich.
Bellingham will not be banned as a result of his comments, which were relating to his previous conviction for match-fixing.
Bayern came out 3-2 winners in Der Klassiker thanks to Robert Lewandowski's penalty, which was controversially awarded by Zwayer after Mats Hummels was adjudged to have handled the ball.
Dortmund were then denied a penalty of their own minutes later, condemning them to defeat.
And speaking after the match, Bellingham appeared to hint that Zwayer's six-month ban for match-fixing played some part in the result.
In his interview, Bellingham told ViaPlay: "You give a referee, that has match fixed before, the biggest game in Germany, what do you expect?
"For me, it wasn't [a penalty]. He [Hummels] is not even looking at the ball and he's fighting to get it and it hits him.
"You can look at a lot of the decisions in the game."
The DFB control committee had written to Bellingham in the aftermath of the comments to ask him to clarify his statement "as soon as possible".
A statement from Dortmund read: "The sports court of the German Football Association has not blocked Borussia Dortmund's young professional Jude Bellingham (18) for his TV statement about referee Felix Zwayer after the Bundesliga match between Borussia Dortmund and FC Bayern Munich last Saturday.

"Out of the emotion, immediately after the final whistle, Bellingham had reminded Zwayers of misconduct, which had been punished by the DFB several years ago, in a historical context.
"The sports court evaluated Bellingham's statement as "unsportsmanlike conduct" and sentenced the England international to a fine.
"Borussia Dortmund and the player have accepted the verdict, Jude Bellingham is thus eligible to play in the Bundesliga game next Saturday at VfL Bochum."
