Antonio Rudiger has hit out at EA Sports for his pace rating in their upcoming FIFA 22 title.
The German centre-half has been awarded a pace rating of 75 (out of 99) for the latest edition of the series.
Liverpool fans were similarly outraged at Virgil Van Dijk's pace rating, with 38-year-old Pepe rated as quicker than the Dutchman.
Rudiger tweeted: "Come on @EASPORTSFIFA…35,8 km/h top speed on the pitch and only 75 pace in FIFA22?! What do I need to get around 90 pace? 50 km/h?"
And Chelsea fans were quick to jump to the support of their centre-back.
"You’re literally the fastest in our squad and are like 18 pace below Werner," one fan replied to tweet.
Another added: "Should also be rated 85+ you are a beast of a defender," in reference to his 83 overall.
"I totally agree with you @ToniRuediger the embarrassment is just too much. But we move. #hustle #believe," a third tweeted.
A fourth replied: "They're clearly blind, you're the fastest defender in the league."

But Goal are reporting that Rudiger is happy to stay at Chelsea beyond his current deal.
