Jordan Henderson and Naby Keita ruled out of Liverpool’s clash with Red Star Belgrade but Sadio Mane is back after surgery on his broken thumb

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp will not be able to call upon Jordan Henderson or Naby Keita for the game against Red Star Belgrade.
But he has been handed a boost, with Sadio Mane to be available for Wednesday’s Champions League group game against the winners of the 1991 European Cup.
Mane has recovered from surgery on a broken thumb in time for the clash, while Henderson has also been ruled out of thePremier League match against Cardiff at the weekend.

Naby Keita will also not be fit to play as he continues his own recovery from a hamstring injury
The England midfielder picked up a hamstring injury in the win against Huddersfield, with Keita nursing a similar complaint suffered on international duty.
Speaking on Tuesday afternoon, Klopp said: ‘Sadio’s good in training. He trained normal. If nothing happens he is in contention.
‘Naby will not be available, Hendo not as well. We have to see check Naby day by day.
‘We have to see when he’s fully fit. It should not be that long.
But Klopp will be able to turn to Sadio Mane, who recently had surgery on a broken thumb
‘Hendo got a little hamstring injury in the game (against Huddersfield). I understand not too serious but serious that he is not available tomorrow or the weekend.’
Liverpool will be targeting a win on Wednesday evening after falling to a late defeat against Napoli in their last group game. They began the campaign with a thrilling victory over PSG.
Red Star are yet to win in the Champions League group stage so far this season, although they did hold Napoli to a draw at home.
Klopp also confirmed that Henderson would not be fit for the weekend’s game against Cardiff
