Manchester United new boy Antony might have already forged himself into club folklore after scoring the opener and then celebrating in front of the Arsenal fans.
The Brazil international was signed from Ajax for a jaw-dropping £84million but has already gone some way in repaying his fee. After being named in the starting line-up to face the Gunners, eyebrows were raised.
But the forward has silenced his doubters with a brilliant opener against Arsenal after latching onto Marcus Rashford's pass. He slotted past Aaron Ramsdale with ease before racing off towards the away end.

In front of hordes of angry Arsenal fans, Antony kissed the badge and celebrated zealously as his new team-mates surrounded him. It led to ticking offs from Granit Xhaka and referee Paul Tierney but United might just have a new hero.
And fans are loving their new acquisition, with one saying: "Antony celebrated his first goal for #mufc in front of the Arsenal fans. What a guy."
Another wrote: "Antony celebrated that goal infront of the arsenal fans btw LMFAOOOOOO what a player."
While a third posted: "The way Antony was provoking the Arsenal fans. My boy just GETS IT."
Arsenal had an earlier effort ruled out after Martin Odegaard had been adjudged to have fouled Christian Eriksen in the build-up. Gabriel Martinelli had scored for the Gunners before VAR told Tierney to go to the pitch side monitor, where he overturned the decision.
