A Premier League football club has issued a sex guide for new players listing women to avoid.
It is said to include Instagram models and social media influencers with a history of kissing-and-telling or blackmail.
Some have allegedly tried to force stars into giving them money and gifts to stop them telling wives and girlfriends about secret liaisons.
Rumours of the bizarre guide emerged on news website Popbitch.
It does not name the club but states the “helpful little handbook” has been produced by the club for “new players”.
The website described it as a “blacklist of all the Instagram models and influencers who have been known to sell stories”.
Other names include women who have tried to “blackmail players into giving them money and gifts to stop them from blabbing to wives and girlfriends”.
Previously players have been known to have swapped such information among themselves in WhatsApp chatrooms.
One law expert said footballers would have been sworn to secrecy over the handbook.
He said: “It’s certainly not something the club would want emerging in the public domain.
“Unless information printed about named individuals can be proven to be true, whoever compiled it would be wide open to libel action.”
