Thierry Henry does not think Manchester United will be able to prise Mauricio Pochettino away from Paris Saint-Germain. Pochettino is the favourite to be the next permanent manager of United following the sacking of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer last Sunday. The Red Devils will look to appoint an interim boss until the end of the season if they cannot get their top targets during the campaign.
Pochettino has not had everything go his way during his time in charge at PSG.
The former Tottenham boss was only appointed in January this year but was already linked with a return to Spurs in the summer.
Reports claim he would be interested in taking over at Old Trafford.
But Arsenal legend Henry is not so sure. He reckons going to United would just be another “headache” for Pochettino, just like PSG is right now.

“I don’t know if they can get him,” Henry said on CBS Sports.
“When you are the coach of a team like Paris Saint-Germain you would like to see it out.
“But then also if you go to Man United you’re almost going into another type of headache to try to find a way to balance it out, because that is what he’s trying to do right now with Paris Saint-Germain.
“Yes they are winning but the game is not fluid as people would expect it to be.

“I don’t think that he will go, personally.”
Henry’s former France team-mate Zinedine Zidane has also been linked with the United job.
But Henry cannot see that happening, adding: “Zidane going to United? I don’t think he would be interested in that now.
“Why? Because in the back of my head I’m thinking that maybe he’s waiting for the national team job.
“I think he has that in the back of his mind.
“So I see it more, although I don’t think Pochettino will leave, but if Pochettino goes then the PSG job will be free for Zidane.”
Meanwhile, Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher has urged Pochettino to accept the United job if he is offered it.
Carragher said: “I think he would get at least this season and another two at Manchester United no matter what happens, he’d have money to spend, and I don’t care what anyone tells me, Manchester United have very good players and a good squad there.
“Not City or Liverpool just yet but it’s not that far behind and I don’t think it’s as big a job to get them to challenge for the title or the Champions League as maybe people think.
“And if I was him, and I had the opportunity, I would go for it.”
