Israel Adesanya returns to middleweight to take on Marvin Vettori at UFC 263 in Arizona this weekend after Deiveson Figueiredo's highly-anticipated rematch against Brandon Moreno.
Those title showdowns will take place after a welterweight bout between Leon Edwards and Nate Diaz, who famously conquered Conor McGregor in 2016 four years after a lightweight title challenge.
That match-up will be the first non-title bout, other than a main event, in UFC history to take place over five scheduled rounds, with Edwards on course to force a title shot at Kamaru Usman.
Additionally, Edwards is one of four Brits on the card, with Paul Craig taking on Jamahal Hill, Darren Stewart facing Eryk Anders and Joanne Calderwood battling Lauren Murphy.
Daily Star Sport have the run down of the three biggest fights of the night, with details of a stacked card of action and when you can expect it to happen UK time.
Middleweight: Israel Adesanya (c) vs Marvin Vettori 2
Israel Adesanya returns to middleweight against former foe Marvin Vettori at the Gila River Arena, having beaten the Italian by split decision back in 2018 on his way to the belt.
The Nigerian-born New Zealand star stepped up to take on Jan Blachowicz last time out, but came up short in the Light Heavyweight Championship showdown – losing by unanimous decision.
That defeat, which was his first in 21 professional MMA outings, has given Vettori renewed confidence, having won each of his five bouts since losing to Adesanya.
Will Adesanya retain his middleweight crown? Let us know in the comments.
Flyweight: Deiveson Figueiredo (c) vs Brandon Moreno 2
Deiveson Figueiredo takes on Brandon Moreno in an immediate rematch after their blockbuster title showdown in December ended in a majority draw, with the Brazilian retaining his belt.
Mexican challenger Moreno, known as The Assassin Baby, impressed in their previous meeting, with Figueiredo being deducted a point in round 3 after a groin strike.
With his record standing at 18 wins and five losses, his older opponent, 33, has lost only once across 22 outings, picking up the vacant belt against Joseph Benavidez last July.
Welterweight: Leon Edwards vs Nate Diaz
Despite being third on the billing, Leon Edwards vs Nate Diaz provides fans with an intriguing clash of styles, with the British-Jamaican eyeing a rematch with Kamaru Usman following eight successive victories.
With his last outing ending being cut short by an eye poke on Belal Muhammad and ruled a no contest, Edwards, 29, will be looking to steal the show by stopping veteran Diaz.
The 36-year-old returns to the Octagon for the first time since his doctor stoppage defeat to Jorge Masvidal, having beaten Anthony Pettis after losing the rematch to McGregor.
