A very smart finish,\u2019 added O\u2019Neil<\/p>\n<p>\u2018He has worked very hard since I have been here. You couldn\u2019t play him at the moment for 90 minutes but he has quality in the penalty area. I thought he could be the guy because we were getting into good areas.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018He looked a big behind sharpness-wise when I came in 15 days ago and I don\u2019t have a clear picture of what he is like when he is full throttle.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018He understands he needs extra time on the grass.
