David Silva believes only Arsenal are capable of challenging Manchester City for the Premier League title this season.<\/p>\n

Mikel Arteta\u2019s side were City\u2019s closest rivals last season but a poor end to the campaign saw them finish five points behind Pep Guardiola\u2019s men, who went on to complete the treble.<\/p>\n

Manchester United finished third last season but have endured a mixed start, while Newcastle United secured the final Champions League place last term but have begun this campaign with three defeats from their opening four games.<\/p>\n

Arsenal, meanwhile, have registered three wins so far and after strengthening the midfield with the signing of Declan Rice, Silva believes Arteta\u2019s side will run City close again this season.<\/p>\n

\u2018They [City] have an amazing team with some amazing players,\u2019 Silva told The Mirror.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u2018This is Pep\u2019s eighth season at City. The first year he was getting used to the Premier League, but now they are almost unstoppable.<\/p>\n

\u2018Arsenal are the only team I can see who maybe have a chance of challenging City. The rest? I don\u2019t think they can.<\/p>\n

\u2018I watched nearly all of City\u2019s games in the Champions League last season, I couldn\u2019t win it when I was there, but I\u2019m so happy for the club that they were finally able to do it.<\/p>\n

\u2018They deserve it. The club deserves it, the supporters deserve to win the Premier League, Champions League and FA Cup \u2013 the Treble. It was an amazing achievement.\u2019<\/p>\n
