{"id":289388,"date":"2023-09-20T16:36:34","date_gmt":"2023-09-20T16:36:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sportstoft.com\/?p=289388"},"modified":"2023-09-20T16:36:34","modified_gmt":"2023-09-20T16:36:34","slug":"micah-richards-shares-how-he-picked-up-weirdest-injury-during-sex","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sportstoft.com\/soccer\/micah-richards-shares-how-he-picked-up-weirdest-injury-during-sex\/","title":{"rendered":"Micah Richards shares how he picked up &apos;weirdest injury&apos; during SEX"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Micah Richards leaves Gary Lineker and Alan Shearer in stitches as he tells hilarious X-rated tale of how he picked up his &#8216;weirdest injury&#8217; during SEX &#8211; and then lied about it to his club!<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The trio were unable to keep straight faces as Richards told his hilarious story\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The pundit was quick to assure fans that this wasn&#8217;t why he retired in 2019\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Listen to the latest episode of Mail Sport&#8217;s podcast &#8216;It&#8217;s All Kicking Off!&#8217;\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Micah Richards left his podcast co-hosts Gary Lineker and Alan Shearer in stitches with a vivid description of how he picked up his most obscure injury whilst having sex.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The former Manchester City player had a hard time keeping a straight face as he talked Lineker and Shearer through the incident, eventually bursting into laughter alongside his colleagues.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The question was put to the trio by a listener, and neither Lineker nor Shearer had a hope of outsharing the 35-year-old.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>At first, Richards seemed almost embarrassed to share the intimate details, questioning whether he could tell the story on air.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;It&#8217;s quite sexual, not really for this podcast,&#8217; Richards revealed on The Rest is Football, prompting amusement from his surprised co-hosts.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/20\/16\/75645159-12540871-image-a-63_1695223969115.jpg\" height=\"713\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Micah Richards had his co-hosts in stitches as he discussed an x-rated hamstring acccident<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/20\/16\/75645175-12540871-image-m-67_1695224079833.jpg\" height=\"345\" width=\"306\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/20\/16\/75645157-12540871-image-a-68_1695224088260.jpg\" height=\"345\" width=\"306\"><\/p>\n<p>Gary Lineker (left) and Alan Shearer got more than they bargained for when a listener asked what the trio&#8217;s weirdest injury stories were<\/p>\n<p>Lineker assured him that it was &#8216;mostly adults listening&#8217;, admitting that the revelation had piqued his interest.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Basically, obviously, I can&#8217;t go into detail,&#8217; the 13-cap England international began. &#8216;Basically, I was &#8211; yes &#8211; I was &#8216;having fun&#8217; and as I was &#8216;having fun&#8217; I slipped off the bed and stretched my leg and did my hamstring.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;So I&#8217;ve rolled over, but I was totally fine in training. So when I go back to training and the physios have asked me what have I done, and I just said &#8216;I&#8217;ve just got some pain down my back, I felt it in the game, but I didn&#8217;t really want to say anything&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;They don&#8217;t know the truth until now!&#8217;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Shearer teased his colleague before his revelation that the x-rated admission seemed destined to go &#8216;viral&#8217;.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>As he laughed, Lineker told Shearer, the all-time Premier League record goalscorer, that there was no way he could match Richard&#8217;s story.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>On a somewhat more family-friendly note, Shearer regaled the podcast with details of a tangle with Tony Adams.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Shearer told listeners of how he came away from an interaction with the Arsenal defender with &#8216;six stitches in my eye, seven stitches in my lip. I walked into two of his elbows&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I came off worse than he did that day,&#8217; Shearer said.<\/p>\n<p>Lineker had a similar tale of a run-in with a top-flight hardman, sharing a story about one of his earliest clashes with fellow pundit and Liverpool legend Graeme Souness.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Your browser does not support iframes.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/20\/16\/75645883-12540871-image-a-71_1695224263971.jpg\" height=\"115\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Richards made sure he had the last word on the matter on social media on Wednesday<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/20\/16\/75646121-12540871-image-a-72_1695224316712.jpg\" height=\"468\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Shearer shared a slightly more sedate story of an on-pitch battle with Tony Adams (left)<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;When I was 19, we played at Anfield and someone knocked the ball into me,&#8217; Lineker started. &#8216;My touch wasn&#8217;t brilliant, it went back towards midfield, had my back to goal.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Souness was coming but I knew I was going to get the ball. So I thought &#8220;I&#8217;m just going to get there ahead of him&#8221;. I was some naive kid, put my foot out. He went straight over the top, right down my shin. I had to have about six stitches and I was carried off. I learnt a lesson that day to always protect yourself!&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>As a video clip of the podcast gained views on social media in their numbers, Richards took to X, formerly Twitter, to make sure he had the last word.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Just to clarify, this is not why I had to retire early!!&#8217;
