Scotland were left ruing a controversial decision to rule out Scott McTominay’s free-kick as Steve Clarke’s side suffered a 2-0 defeat to Spain in Seville.<\/p>\n

McTominay thought he had given Scotland the lead in the Euro 2024 qualifier in a match where a draw would have been enough to seal their place in the tournament.<\/p>\n

The Scots were however handed a bitter blow after captain Andy Robertson was forced to leave the field with a suspected shoulder dislocation, with the Liverpool star unable to see out the first half.<\/p>\n

David Beckham claims there has been 'no discussion at the moment' about him making a sensational return to Man United as an ambassador if Qatar's Sheikh Jassim completes \u00a35bn takeover<\/h2>\n

David Beckham has poured cold water on the idea he could become an ambassador for Manchester United if the Glazer family sell to\u00a0Qatar’s Sheikh Jassim Bin Hamad Al Thani.<\/p>\n

Beckham previously struck a deal to partner with Qatar for the FIFA World Cup last year as he took on a tournament ambassador role, despite plenty of criticism.<\/p>\n

But despite Qatar’s ongoing attempt to purchase his former club, Beckham claims there has been ‘no discussion’ of him holding any role should their takeover bid be successful.<\/p>\n
