I like the fact there&#8217;s transparency and that people come forward, own their mistakes, that we get access to the footage.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;There might be a trend here where we get the young referees who need to learn Premier League game time or we get the guys who are just coming back and easing their way in but I&#8217;m sure with time and better results that can change. He was subsequently stood down from officiating<\/p>\n<p>It is a huge game for Burnley, who sit in the relegation zone after picking up four points from a tough sequence of opening fixtures following their return to the top flight.<\/p>\n<p>Brentford have been virtually note perfect since their promotion to the Premier League in 2021 but they have also had a tricky start to the season and are only three points ahead of Saturday&#8217;s opponents.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I think they&#8217;ll be named as a template by many teams coming up in years to come,&#8217; said Kompany.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;The goal is always to better what&#8217;s been done before but it&#8217;s step by step. I think year one for us is not about focusing yet on what Brentford has done or what Brighton has done, it&#8217;s just our own journey.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;But we&#8217;re convinced we&#8217;ve got an exciting squad for now, but for the future as well, that will keep getting stronger.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Kompany is waiting to see whether the likes of Johann Berg Gudmundsson, Manuel Benson, Ameen Al Dakhil and Nathan Redmond will be available after injury.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/20\/10\/76793807-0-image-a-3_1697795228609.jpg\" height=\"425\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Kompany insisted &#8216;mistakes are human&#8217; and said he appreciated the transparency of officials<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/20\/10\/76793809-0-image-a-5_1697795259828.jpg\" height=\"461\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The Clarets boss also claimed that Brentford are the model club for newly-promoted teams<\/p>\n<p>Defender Jordan Beyer remains sidelined but his injury is not as serious as first feared and his absence should be reasonably brief.<\/p>\n<p>Burnley&#8217;s next three matches are all away and, when they return to Turf Moor to face Crystal Palace on November 4, they may well have a new drummer to help improve the atmosphere after the club put out an advert.<\/p>\n<p>Kompany was diplomatic on the need for better support, saying: &#8216;Are we in need of a drummer? It&#8217;s for the custodians of this club to come to a decision but the atmosphere at Turf Moor, it&#8217;s always been a tough place to come to, it&#8217;s always been a place that lived with the game.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;The two are separated.
