Sir Alex Ferguson will pen his own personal tribute to Sir Bobby Charlton in the coming days, following the passing of his close friend.<\/p>\n

It's understood Fergie, who will not be at Old Trafford for tonight's Champions League game with FC Copenhagen, has telephoned Charlton's family to offer his personal condolences. And he is preparing a public statement regarding the career and life of Charlton.<\/p>\n
