But in football there are 22 players, one ball and one referee. If you are better you can win without history. History is not the most important thing.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>De Zerbi has been handed a double blow with Solly March (knee) and Danny Welbeck (muscle) both picking up long-term injuries at Manchester City on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Solly unfortunately is a very tough injury,\u2019 said De Zerbi. \u2018We will lose him for a long time and Welbeck is the same, both long-term. It\u2019s difficult to say the time but it\u2019s a long period.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Brighton\u2019s Dutch defender Joel Veltman came through the ranks at Ajax and admits it hurts to see his former club struggling.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He said: \u2018They fired the coach, it could be positive for them but could also be a negative thing.
