Given his age and past injury record, his future at Test level looked uncertain moving forward.<\/p>\n<p>But the powerhouse back\u2019s club coach \u2013 Sale director of rugby Alex Sanderson \u2013 said Tuilagi is still committed to England moving forwards.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Manu&#8217;s got a plate in his hand from a fracture from the World Cup,\u2019 Sanderson said.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018He is going to be out for four to six weeks. Knowing Manu, it will be three to five.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/07\/19\/77520269-0-image-a-25_1699385062675.jpg\" height=\"856\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>England centre Manu Tuilagi is set to miss up to six weeks with a broken hand<\/p>\n<p>\u2018He broke it against Samoa and then broke it again in the third place play-off. It is just collateral damage from playing in the World Cup.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018I asked him: \u201cHow was it Manu? Are you hanging up your international boots?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u2018He was like: \u201cYou will have to put me down physically, lethally inject me, to stop me playing international rugby\u201d.
