The Welsh outfit won the National League last season to reach League Two, edging past Notts County with both teams registering a triple-digit points tally.<\/p>\n<p>Both teams were promoted to the Football League, Notts Count via the playoffs, and both have had good starts in League Two and are second and third in the standing &#8211; which would mean a second consecutive promotion. Wrexham and Notts County are tied for 30 points each after 16 games and are five points behind top-of-the-table Stockport.<\/p>\n<p>Teams are, however, hot on their heels, with second-place to ninth separated by just five points. A couple of horrid results in consecutive weekends could see Wrexham and\/or Notts County tumble down the table.<\/p>\n<p>According to a supercomputer compiled by Best Gambling Sites, via <strong>Goal<\/strong>, Notts County has more to worry about when it comes to missing out on a shot at promotion. They are predicted to finish the season in ninth, while Wrexham has been tipped to record a playoff place finish in fifth with 79 points.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.images.express.co.uk\/img\/dynamic\/67\/590x\/secondary\/5060134.jpg?r=1699641982938\"><\/p>\n<p>That gives the Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney-owned club a shot at back-to-back promotions, a continuation of their rise up the English divisions. Stockport, Morecambe, and Mansfield Town are the three clubs that have been predicted to make up the top three automatic promotion spots.<\/p>\n<p>Another promotion-fighting season will be good for the team&#8217;s hit show, &#8220;Welcome to Wrexham&#8221;, which has followed the two actors&#8217; journey as owners of one of the world&#8217;s oldest football clubs.
