by football\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/18\/11\/79080803-12876615-image-a-31_1702897529042.jpg\" height=\"423\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>(Left to right) Sheffield United&#8217;s women&#8217;s team captain Sophie Barker, Maddy Cusack&#8217;s sister and mother and former player Tony Currie lay flowers in her memory<\/p>\n<p>An inquest into Cusack&#8217;s death was opened at Derby Coroner&#8217;s Court in October and adjourned.<\/p>\n<p>In September, Sheffield United&#8217;s women&#8217;s first team manager Jonathan Morgan stepped away from the club after a formal complaint was made over alleged behaviour towards certain players.<\/p>\n<p>Mail Sport understands that an investigation has been completed and that Morgan is free to resume his duties should he wish to.<\/p>\n<p>The manager has not been on the touchline since the Blades&#8217;
