Erling Haaland was pictured heading for dinner with his partner Isabel Haugseng Johansen in Paris after missing out on the Ballon d’Or award.
The Man City striker was pipped to the prize by Lionel Messi, despite his record breaking debut season for the Premier League side.
Haaland scored 52 goals in 53 games last season, as Man City won a historic treble consisting of the league title, the FA Cup and the Champions League.
However, Messi as expected took the Ballon d’Or prize, after he finally led Argentina to glory in the World Cup in Qatar last December.
After the ceremony, Haaland let his hair down as he went out for a meal with his girlfriend in Paris.

Johansen, who is a footballer herself, is believed to have met Haaland at the youth academy at Norwegian club Bryne, and started dating when he was at Borussia Dortmund.
Haaland joined the club at the age of five and spent more than 10 years with the Norwegian side before later having spells at RB Salzburg, Dortmund and Man City.
Johansen moved out of her native Norway to Manchester to live with Haaland in a stylish flat in the city’s Northern Quarter.
She has been more regularly seen during Haaland’s time at Man City, celebrating with him during their trophy successes last season.
Despite finishing runner up for the main prize on Monday night, Haaland didn’t go home empty handed.
The 23-year-old claimed the Gerd Muller Trophy for the best striker, following his stunning debut season.
He was one of five Man City players to make the top ten in the rankings with Kevin De Bruyne 4th, Rodri 5th, Julian Alvarez 7th and Bernardo Silva 9th.
During the evening, he also bumped into YouTube personality IShowSpeed in which they joked about each other’s appearances.
‘Let’s go, brother!’ Speed said as the pair shook hands, to which Haaland responded: ‘How are you my friend?’
‘Nice to meet you finally bro!’ Speed replied.

Haaland quickly changed the tune of the conversation, however, assessing Speed’s outfit choice.
‘What’s with the shoes, man?’ he said, with Speed replying: ‘What’s up with your hair bro?’
‘It’s nice,’ Haaland responded. ‘You don’t like it?’
The two then took a photo and said their goodbyes, with Speed chanting the Manchester City forward’s name as he walked away.
Haaland is showing no signs of slowing down from his excellent 2022-23 campaign, already netting 13 goals in 15 appearances so far this season.
He netted twice in the Manchester Derby on Sunday, as Man City produced their most impressive display of the season to beat their local rivals 3-0.
Man City, who are third in the table after ten games and are two points behind leaders Tottenham, next face Bournemouth on Saturday.
