Premier League great Sergio Aguero once admitted to not knowing why he bought himself a Lamborghini Aventador during his time with Manchester City.
Aguero, 35, is now considered to be one of the greatest strikers to ever lace up a pair of boots in the division. He won five Premier League titles over the course of ten glory laden years with the Citizens.
As is often the case with players in the Premier League, Aguero treated himself to a new set of wheels. However, it was no ordinary car – it was a £361,000 beast.

In a 2021 interview with TV show Santo Sabado, he was pushed on his luxury car collection. When asked about the Lamborghini, he smiled awkwardly and said: "I don't know why the f*** I bought a Lamborghini.
"It must have done about 1,200km (745 miles) in six years – I've barely used it. I've been thinking for two years about what the f*** I bought that car for."

Considering it is one of the most beloved cars in the world, many petrol heads would yelp upon hearing Aguero has barely used the supercar. However, Aguero would have brought those same car enthusiasts to their knees when he described what condition the car was in at the time.
He said: "Now the only thing it does is get cold from the rain; it has cobwebs and everything."
Luckily for Manchester City fans, Aguero took much better care of his footballing ability. He contributed a seismic 260 goals and 73 assists in 390 appearances for City.
Unfortunately, his career was cut short at the age of 33, when he was diagnosed with a cardiac arrhythmia – an irregular heartbeat – in the first few months of his move to Barcelona.
