Erling Haaland celebrated with a jubilant pitch invader after he finally found the net just past the hour mark against Sheffield United.
It had been a frustrating afternoon for Haaland and Manchester City – with the Blades defence holding firm against the Premier League champions.
Haaland had proved he was indeed human after he fluffed his line from the penalty spot in the first half. Wes Foderingham had guessed the wrong way, but the big Norwegian was unable to turn his shot on target.
Foderingham had come up big twice with Haaland seemingly in a great position score, but it was cometh the hour cometh the man, as Haaland nodded the ball home from a Jack Grealish cross.

And as Haaland breathed a sigh of relief after finally finding the net – one City fan took the chance to celebrate his heroes.
The fan jumped on the back of Haaland and planted a big kiss on his cheek. The Norwegian didn't seem to mind as he let out a cheeky smile and patted the invader on the back as he was led away by stewards.

"Some pitch invader just celebrated with Haaland after that goal and he seemed completely unfazed by it," one fan joked. While a second added: "I think the pitch invader was how all of us feel!"
"I thought the pitch invader that celebrated with Haaland was the ref," a third said. And another added: "Haaland celebrating with a pitch invader. Is there anything he can’t do?!"
