Football fans have been left in disbelief Kalvin Phillips was placed in the book for his challenge while representing the Three Lions against Scotland.
Phillips' inclusion in the England fan squad has split opinions – but Gareth Southgate still picked the Manchester City flop in his starting side on Tuesday evening.
And the Yorkshireman crashed through the back of Che Adams late in the first half. Phillips did the ball, but referee Davide Massa deemed the City man had gone through the man first.
Scottish players shared the same sentiments, and there were handbags between Jack Hendry and Jude Bellingham as tempers started to flare.

Phillips swapped Leeds United for City last summer, and he's failed to hit the crowd running under new boss Pep Guardiola.
However, Phillips has often saved his best performances for when he has the Three Lions on his chest. And leading up to Tuesday evening, Phillips had just six minutes of football under his belt.
Those minutes came when Guardiola introduced the midfielder during City's clash with Fulham.
