TRANSFER GOSSIP: Sergio Ramos is set to seal fairytale return to Spain, Everton dig their heels in over Demarai Gray while Monaco push for January move for a Fulham star
- The transfer window remains open for clubs in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkey
- Mohamed Salah is one of the stars being linked with a switch to the Middle East
- Several Premier League players could still seal moves away from their clubs
The transfer window might be shut for the Premier League but there is still business to be done for the Saudi Pro League, plus for clubs in Turkey and Qatar.
So while managers in the English top flight might have breathed a sigh of relief that their squads are finished and settled, there could be some tempting offers from abroad – especially for the likes of Mohamed Salah.
The Liverpool star is still being linked with a £200m switch to Saudi side Al-Ittihad and those rumours are set to continue until the league’s window slams shut on September 7.
A number of big-name free agents after also available and are under consideration.
Mail Sport takes a look at all the latest transfer gossip on Monday morning.
