F1 star Lance Stroll caused a stir after shoving his personal trainer ahead of the Qatar Grand Prix, but according to Ted Kravitz it was much ado about nothing.
The Aston Martin driver looked furious at the end of Q1 on Friday and was seen pushing performance coach Henry Howe in the chest after getting out of his car. Stroll finished 17th in qualifying and told Sky Sports his performance was "s***" in a brief, foul-mouthed outburst afterwards.
He later apologised for the shove and Kravitz provided an update on the situation just after Max Verstappen's world title was confirmed in the Sprint Race on Saturday evening. He said: "It obviously wasn't a cool thing to do, Lance has acknowledged that.

"Henry was trying to get him to go out the front of the garage and do the walk of shame down to the FIA weighbridge," he added. "And that's why Lance, all full of emotions and adrenaline, disappointed in himself – Lance is his own worst critic – was really annoyed that he hadn't performed himself and in a moment pushed away his trainer Henry.
"He says he's apologised to Henry but he says they're like brothers. And Henry is going to get his own back on Lance when he puts him through one of his training sessions, and Lance is absolutely certain that Henry will have his revenge."

Stroll’s future at Aston Martin is a little bit uncertain at the moment following a recent dip in form. The Canadian stands on 47 points, way behind team-mate Fernando Alonso’s 174 points, and some think the pressure is beginning to get to him.
Alonso will start fourth on the grid later today following a strong showing in qualifying, behind Verstappen on pole, and Mercedes duo George Russell and Lewis Hamilton. The pressure is off Verstappen after he wrapped up his third-successive F1 title after his Red Bull team-mate, and closest competitor, Sergio Perez crashed out in the Sprint Race.
